About the Client:

Our client provides reliable and scalable radio and fixed technology solutions across mining, oil & gas, rail, emergency services, defence, local government, and healthcare. Their independent, collaborative teams design, install, commission, and support networks that meet operational and strategic needs while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance

The Position:

We are seeking a Project Administrator for a 6-month contract to support project teams with documentation, reporting, and coordination. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly, all information is accurate, and processes are well organised. This role offers the opportunity for growth into a longer-term or permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to project teams, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and tracking action items.
  • Maintain and organise project documentation, reports, and records for multiple projects.
  • Support project mobilisation, finance tracking, and general PM assistance.
  • Help ensure projects run smoothly, processes are followed, and deadlines are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in project administration or project support, preferably in mining or technical projects.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and ability to liaise effectively with PMs and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and reliably meet deadlines.
