About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for increasing our client base.
  • You will have in depth experience in creating value propositions, bespoke to our potential customers.
  • A history of highly skilled business proposal creation
  • Negotiate with multiple stakeholders
  • Identify and map business strengths and needs coupled with identifying industry trends locally and internationally
  • Plan and execute sales strategies, analyse sales data, identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable KPI's

Key Responsibilities:

  • Printing Industry experience an advantage
  • 3PL Industry experience an advantage
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Sound knowledge and high competence with Microsoft Office & other relevant management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • Attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Affluent English speaking

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within Australia
  • Valid Victorian License
  • High level communication skills
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Experience with design and implementation of business strategy and conflict resolution.
