Overview:

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated
Sales Executive
to grow our presence in Victoria. This role focuses on new account acquisition, particularly within the furniture retail and commercial furniture sectors. The ideal candidate is a hunter who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue growth, and representing our brand to clients across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new accounts with furniture retailers, commercial furniture buyers, and related partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Travel regularly across Victoria to meet customer if is required.
  • Work closely with internal design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy and uncover opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in furniture retail, commercial furniture, or interiors-related industries
  • Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in new account acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote role while staying connected to the wider team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Victoria and occasionally interstate.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C furniture sales, commercial fit-outs, or bedding products.
  • Strong network of contacts within the furniture retail or design industry in Victoria.
