Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility to work from home. The Business Development Executive will identify new market opportunities, build and manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include designing strategic business plans, understanding client IT needs, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role is pivotal in achieving business goals and fostering partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to generate and manage leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets
  • Understanding of IT solutions, including managed services, cloud computing, and data migration
  • Proficiency in creating strategic business plans and market analysis
  • Adaptability to a hybrid work environment and willingness to travel when required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Previous experience in the IT or technology services sector is a plus
