We're now seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to help shape the financial and corporate engine of a to-be 1,000-person, multi-trade, multi-city organisation.

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team. As the bridge between vision and execution, you'll drive operational efficiency, manage priorities, and facilitate high-level decision-making. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and exceptional organizational skills.

Chief of Staff Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations
  • Oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects to align with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to streamline operations and resolve challenges
  • Manage executive communications, including preparing reports and presentations
  • Facilitate meetings, set agendas, and ensure follow-through on action items
  • Monitor organizational performance metrics and drive process improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices
  • Align initiatives with organizational mission and long-term objectives
  • Communicate strategies, priorities, and updates to stakeholders

Chief of Staff Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities
  • Deep expertise in organizational management and operational efficiency
  • Excellent proficiency with project management tools and data analysis
  • Experience in high-level advisory or operational roles
  • Ability to manage complex priorities and navigate ambiguity
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in management or strategic roles
  • Proven success in driving organizational initiatives or operational improvements
  • Familiarity with executive-level decision-making and stakeholder management
  • Commercial responsibility with P&L exposure
