About Belgravia Foundation

At Belgravia Foundation, we believe everyone deserves the chance to live an active, healthy life. We're a registered charity on a mission to break down barriers to participation in sport, aquatic, fitness, recreation, and health programs.

Our mantra is simple: Connecting communities to sport, leisure, and wellness – because no one should miss out.

We champion inclusion for people living with disability, mental health challenges, cultural and linguistic diversity, financial hardship, and other disadvantages. Through local fundraising, partnerships, and evidence-based programs, we create opportunities that truly change lives across Australia.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic, values-driven leader to step into the CEO role and continue the incredible legacy of Dr Jeff Walkley. This is more than a job – it's a chance to lead a movement for inclusion and wellbeing.

As CEO, you'll:

  • Inspire change by championing our mission of access and inclusion.
  • Drive growth and innovation, building partnerships that amplify impact.
  • Engage and influence – from government and corporate partners to grassroots communities.
  • Lead fundraising efforts that fuel our programs and ensure sustainability.
  • Be the voice of inclusion, representing the Foundation nationally as a thought leader.
  • Collaborate with Belgravia Leisure and sector partners to scale programs and shape policy.

  • A proven executive leader with experience in nonprofit, health, leisure, or community sectors.
  • Strategic thinker with strong financial and operational acumen.
