Strategic Leadership

An exciting opportunity exists for an accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and deliver a major digital transformation program across enterprise systems, data, and technology platforms.

As CTO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technology vision, driving innovation, and ensuring scalable, secure systems that enable business growth and customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver a technology roadmap aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Partner with the executive team to position technology as a key business enabler.
  • Lead the modernisation of legacy systems into an integrated digital ecosystem — ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, eCommerce, and customer portals.
  • Develop and execute a Digital Transformation Roadmap focused on automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Champion the adoption of AI, IoT, and data analytics to enhance decision-making and reduce costs.
  • Implement strong data governance, security, and ethical AI frameworks.
  • Oversee IT operations and governance, ensuring robust cybersecurity, business continuity, and compliance.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with industry partners and emerging technology providers to position the organisation as a digital leader.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in a senior technology leadership role — ideally within a high-volume, multi-site, or distribution environment.
  • Demonstrated experience driving large-scale digital transformation and systems integration.
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture, software development, and IT operations.
  • Deep understanding of data security, governance, and cyber resilience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Information Systems, or related discipline; postgraduate qualifications in Business or Management highly regarded.
