About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Labourer/Trade Assistant to join our friendly team at Harrison Fencing & Carpentry in Seven Hills, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to fit around your schedule.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting our experienced tradespeople with a variety of construction and maintenance tasks
  • Preparing work sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
  • Loading and unloading materials and tools as needed
  • Performing manual labour such as digging, lifting, and carrying
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
  • Following all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  • Some previous experience in a labouring or trade assistant role
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to handle physical work
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card) must be obtained within 30 days of starting
