The Roles

We are recruiting for multiple labouring positions where duties and shift times will vary by site but consistently require a strong work ethic and hands-on approach. You must be willing to work outdoors and be physically fit to perform manual tasks, including lifting 25kg or more repeatedly. Opportunities are available in:

  • Waste Management Plants in inner Western Sydney: Assisting with processing, general site cleaning, and material handling.
  • Civil Construction Sites (Badgerys Creek Area): Performing groundwork, assisting trades, and site preparation. Person with Landscaping or Gardening experience are encouraged to apply
  • Industrial Yards & Depots: General site maintenance, organizing materials, and assisting with logistics.
What's On Offer
  • Pay Rate: Starting at $36.00 per hour. Depending on the role.
  • Schedule: Consistent Monday to Friday work (full-time hours).
  • Locations: Opportunities across Western Sydney and the Badgerys Creek region.
  • Stability: Secure, reliable work in essential industries.
Requirements
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence (required for most sites).
  • Safework NSW General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 25kg+ and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Reliability, physical fitness, and a strong commitment to safety.
  • A current Forklift Licence is highly regarded and may open up opportunities on specific sites.
