Master Technician – FIFO Opportunity to Geraldton, WA | Automotive Dealership

Join a dynamic, growing dealership group and take your technical expertise to the next level

We're seeking a Master Technician to join our high-performing team on a FIFO roster to Geraldton, Western Australia, providing expert diagnostic, repair and maintenance support across a range of vehicles. Experience with Ford is preferred, but not essential. What matters most is your drive for quality, teamwork, and pride in your workmanship.

About the Role

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Support and mentor workshop staff, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
  • Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and dealership expectations
  • Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  • FIFO arrangement to Geraldton, WA

About You

  • Qualified Automotive Technician / Mechanic (Certificate III Light Vehicle)
  • Master Technician certification or equivalent experience highly regarded
  • Proven diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ford experience beneficial but not required
  • A positive attitude and commitment to excellence in customer service and safety
