Connect Facilities is a privately owned Building and Facilities Management company proudly delivering seamless, end-to-end services across Melbourne. We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join us full-time on a rotating roster at one of our landmark buildings.

This isn't your average facilities role. It's a blend of customer service excellence, situational awareness, and problem-solving finesse. You'll be the go-to person for building patrols, incident reporting, inspections, audits, and engaging with the public — all while keeping the building running like clockwork.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Welcoming residents and ensuring every interaction is a positive one
  • Keeping the building lobby and shared spaces pristine
  • Coordinating and reporting maintenance issues
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures
  • Maintaining top-tier security standards
  • Organising and overseeing resident move-ins and move-outs
