We're growing and looking for someone friendly, organised, and ready to jump in and help our reservations team keep things running smoothly.

About the Role

This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. Most of your time will be spent taking reservations and bookings, answering questions, and helping our wonderful customers feel confident about their upcoming trips. You'll also handle data entry and general administration tasks, keeping the office running smoothly and helping wherever needed. If you like staying busy and enjoy a role where you can make someone's day just by being helpful and friendly, this could be a great fit.

What We're Looking For

We'd love someone with experience in the travel industry, but it's not essential if you have the right attitude and skills. A friendly and patient phone manner is a must, as you'll be speaking with customers every day and making sure they have everything they need. Confidence with reservations systems and data entry is important, as is attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

Previous administration experience and data entry skills necessary with a minimum of 2 years required.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
