This is your chance to join a dynamic travel brand and help agents and customers book incredible trips worldwide As an **Agency Sales Consultant**, you’ll be the expert on exciting destinations, working with travel agents and direct clients to craft dream getaways while hitting sales targets in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. You must have travel industry experience to be suitable for this opportunity

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Sell & promote worldwide travel experiences with enthusiasm
Engage with travel agents & direct customers to create unforgettable trips
Meet & exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service
Build lasting relationships to drive repeat business
Provide expert product knowledge & tailored travel solutions
Ensure seamless booking processes with accurate follow-ups

**Salary & Benefits**

**$60,000 + super + 10% incentive bonus**
Travel industry perks, including educationals & discounted travel

**Work Arrangement**

**In-office for the first 3 months** to ensure comprehensive training and strong performance. After this period, depending on progress, a hybrid work model will be available.

**Skills & Experience**

✔ Certificate III in Tourism or relevant field (preferred)
✔ Minimum 12 months of customer service experience
✔ Travel industry experience desirable but not essential
✔ Strong communication & relationship-building skills
✔ High attention to detail & ability to multitask
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
