Our Australian operations are now growing, so we’re looking to hire a Senior Leisure Consultant to join our Sydney based team. You’ll be providing outstanding levels of service to our clients utilizing your previous experience in Leisure travel.

**What You’ll Do**
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their leisure travel preferences, offering advice on destinations, alluring attractions and immersive experiences, providing personalised recommendations tailored to each client’s interests.
- Organize and deliver leisure travel packages that cater to the unique preferences and interests of our clients.
- Arrange all elements of leisure travel for our clients. Booking domestic & international reservations using the GDS and inhouse platforms.
- Provide a consultative service, always putting the customer first and delivering the best possible service.
- Manage any unforeseen travel disruptions or complaints and resolve them as soon as possible.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends to provide our clients with captivating recommendations.

**What we’re looking for**
- You’ll be a motivated, passionate individual who has previous experience of working in leisure travel and have a talent for designing exceptional vacations.
- You'll have experience of using Global Distribution Systems like Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre.
- You’ll have experience of booking leisure travel.
- You’ll have great organizational and multitasking skills
- You’ll have an excellent telephone manner, excellent communication skills and great attention to detail.
