**About Arabian Travel Pty Ltd**

Arabian Travel is a travel agency located in Punchbowl, New South Wales, Australia. We offer a range of travel services, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and car rentals.

We are currently seeking a qualified Travel Consultant to work on a Full-time basis to join our team of professionals immediately.

**The Role**
Responsible for planning and organising domestic and international travel, accommodation, and related services to meet the specific needs of clients. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless travel experience.

**Your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- **Client Consultation**: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget.
- **Travel Advice**: Offer guidance on destinations, accommodations, transportation options, medical requirements, and baggage restrictions.
- **Booking Services**: Arrange and confirm reservations for transportation, accommodations, car rentals, and tours.
- **Itinerary Preparation**: Create detailed travel itineraries and provide clients with all required travel documents.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve travel-related issues, such as flight delays, cancellations, or other unforeseen problems.
- **Sales and Promotion**: Recommend and sell travel packages, exclusive deals, and special promotions to clients.
- **Record Management**: Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and travel preferences.

**Work Experience and Skills**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for travel
- Multi-lingual.

**What we offer**:
