About Us

Bearing Wholesalers is a segment of Bapcor and is a Bearing and Driveline specialist reseller, supplying driveline components to the automotive, industrial, and agricultural industries. We have access to one of Australia's largest ranges of Driveline products and a variety of associated products including Bearings, Hubs, CV Shafts, Tools and workshop consumable products.

Job Summary

We are seeking an internal Customer Service/Parts Interpreter to join our team, based out of our Dandenong Branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety is our priority – proactively ensure you and the team are operating in a safe environment
  • Respond to inbound calls and face to face customers in the branch, providing pricing and parts availability
  • Process invoices & credits
  • Assist with picking and packing and stock takes as required

Your Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
  • An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous Parts Interpreter experience or experience with automotive / mechanical or electrical parts would be an advantage
  • Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to work in all areas of the business
