Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join our Moorabbin branch.

About The Role

Working in a close knit and supportive team, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers by providing exceptional customer service in the sale of our Terrain Tamer 4wd  parts range. This role will require you to effectively support and assist our customers with parts sales (both over the phone and face to face).

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying Parts and Components
  • Consulting parts Catalogues
  • Receiving and processing orders for parts
  • Invoice and Quote preparation
  • Material handling
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Be passionate about our Terrain Tamer brand
  • Be willing to work within small team environment

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a hard working and dedicated individual with a proactive and positive attitude. Successful applicants will have

  • Parts sales experience (Preferred but not essential)
  • Knowledge and interest in the 4wd industry
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
  • Strong, excellent phone manners
  • Current driver's license
  • To be at all times honest, polite and punctual
