About the business and the role

Brighton Mazda's parts department is one of Australia's pre-eminent parts suppliers and with our major trade clients constantly expanding, we are looking for another great person to join our parts interpreting / sales team.

If you're an experienced interpreter you'll know what the role entails. If you're interested in working in a very busy phone room, have excellent computer skills and ERA experience and are interested in being well rewarded for great work then please apply below.

If you're reading this as a young person heavily interested in motor vehicles AND you are super proficient around PCs and with great keyboard skills, there is a great career path available if you're prepared to learn from the best and get stuck in. 

Parts interpreting utilises electronic parts cataloguing and our extremely busy environment rewards advanced proficiency on a PC.

The basics:

  • Phone orders and quotes
  • Counter Sales
  • Internal Sales
  • Internet Quoting
  • Work one Saturday per month

Skills and experience you'll need:

  • Previous automotive parts interpreting experience, minimum two years
  • Pentana (ERA) computer system experience would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skills with a desire to satisfy
  • Be highly organised with over the odds attention to detail
  • Clear verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Drivers licence preferred
