About the role

Join a trusted industry leader where your technical knowledge and customer service skills make a real impact. We're looking for a motivated Spare Parts Interpreter to support our workshop and customers by ensuring the right parts are supplied, on time and accurately every time.

Success Profile:

  • Previous experience in parts interpreting beneficial 

  • Strong mechanical or technical understanding of vehicles, machinery, or equipment

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and identify spare parts requirements

  • Liaise with suppliers, mechanics, and service teams to source and order parts

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure inventory is well organised

  • Process parts orders, quotes, and invoices

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support

  • Work closely with the Service and Workshop Managers to meet deadlines and deliver great results
