We're Hiring — Test Manager & Test Analysts in Melbourne at PumpCX

Location: Melbourne, Australia.

Clearance: Australian Citizens only — existing security clearance highly regarded.

We're expanding our testing capability and are looking for passionate, detail-oriented professionals to join our team in Contact Centre Testing.

Roles Available

Test Manager — Lead the testing effort across multiple enterprise Contact Centre projects, manage QA processes, and ensure seamless test execution.

Test Analysts (x2) — Work hands-on in test planning, scripting, and execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes for mission-critical voice and customer experience systems.

What You'll Do

Design, manage, and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end tests for Contact Centre and CX platforms.

Work closely with automation, development, and operations teams to validate new features and integrations.

Develop and maintain test scripts (Selenium or Playwright experience highly preferred).

Participate in test strategy and planning sessions, reporting on quality metrics and test progress.

Support continuous improvement in test automation and delivery efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in software testing — ideally within Contact Centre technologies (Genesys, NICE, AWS Connect, or similar).

Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing lifecycle.

Scripting or automation experience (Selenium, Playwright or equivalent).

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Australian Citizenship is required.

Existing security clearance (NV1 or higher) will be highly regarded.
