We are seeking a
poised, intelligent and impeccably presented Legal Receptionist
to be the face of our boutique law firm. This role requires not only administrative precision, but a natural charm and confidence that make people feel welcome the moment they walk through our doors.

Your Role:

  • Be the first point of contact for high-profile and international clients.
  • Manage calls, appointments and correspondence with grace and accuracy.
  • Maintain the presentation of the office to the highest standard.
  • Provide seamless administrative support to lawyers and paralegals.
  • Anticipate needs — ensuring the firm runs smoothly and clients feel genuinely cared for.
