**About you**
- You are an experienced, well presented, outgoing and friendly receptionist, ready to be the new face of Gadens Being the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for:
- Answering switchboard calls;
- Meeting and greeting clients;
- Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of meeting rooms;
- Travel bookings; and
- General administrative tasks.
- The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Professionalism;
- Be a team player; and
- Have previous experience in a corporate Receptionist role.
