About you
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum 12 months up to 3 years PAE
with
proven experience
working on/passion for
commercial property & development matters
within a
recognised Property team
in private practice; - Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to spot key issues quickly;
- Strong drafting, organisation, and time-management skills;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
- Current knowledge of legal and market developments;
- Strong drafting and effective negotiation skills
- A proactive, professional mindset with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively
