About the Role:

We are partnering with a national firm to appoint a Senior Property/Leasing Lawyer to their growing team. This role is exclusively focused on leasing, with a team trusted by national and international clients. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Drafting and negotiating complex retail, commercial, and industrial leases
  • Advising on lease disputes, renewals, and terminations
  • Managing a high-volume leasing portfolio with autonomy
  • Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

About You:

  • 5+ years' PAE in property or commercial law, with a strong focus on leasing
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating lease documentation
  • Commercial acumen and a client-centric approach
  • Telecommunications experience valuable but not a requirement
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a high-performing team
