Key Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor team members on machine operations.
  • Implement and maintain 5S standards across the factory floor.
  • Support and cover the Team Leader role when required.
  • Communicate effectively with maintenance teams, Team Leaders, and Managers.
  • Assist in coordinating daily production activities.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to team members.
  • Lead and present Improvement Activity and Safety Initiatives to Department Managers.

Skills and Experience

Preferred:

  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritise effectively.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred).
