You'll lead a team responsible for managing the written responses to infringement correspondence on behalf of our local government clients —ensuring fairness, compliance, and exceptional service for our clients and the communities they serve.

What you'll do
- Lead and inspire:Supervise and support a team of administrative officers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Deliver operational excellence: Oversee workflow, monitor SLAs, and ensure compliance with legislation and council policies.
- Handle complexity: Manage escalated or sensitive cases with professionalism and sound judgment.
Champion improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices.
Build capability:Provide coaching, training, and feedback to help your team grow and succeed.
