About the Role

Cailín Mining & Civil is seeking:

  • 1x Full-Time Civil Trainer Assessor (Mon-Fri + 1 Saturday/month)
  • 1x Part-Time Casual Civil Trainer Assessor (Tue, Thu, Fri + 1 Saturday/month)

This is your opportunity to deliver nationally accredited training and assessments on a live mine site just 60 minutes north of Perth CBD. No FIFO required—enjoy work-life balance while making a genuine difference in people's careers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver RTO training and conduct comprehensive competency assessments
  • Follow mining operating procedures (mining experience not required)
  • Ensure compliance with WHS Act 2020 and Mines Act 1978
  • Maintain integrity in assessments—only pass candidates who demonstrate competency and safety
  • Document training and assessment outcomes
  • Collaborate with our experienced training team

What You'll Need

  • Cert IV TAE40122 / TAE40116 / TAE40110
  • Minimum 3 years civil operating experience (essential)
  • GPS experience highly desirable
  • Reliability—paying customers depend on you
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and daily breathalyzer

  • Current experience/qualifications in at least one of the following (items 1-10 required, highly advantageous):

  • RIIMPO320F - Civil construction excavator operations
  • RIIMPO206D - Bulk water truck operations
  • RIIMPO321F - Civil construction front end loader operations
  • RIIMPO317F - Roller operations
  • RIIHAN311F - Integrated tool carrier operations
  • RIIMPO324F - Civil construction grader operations
  • RIIMPO323E - Civil construction dozer operations
  • RIIMPO318F - Conduct civil construction skid steer loader operations
  • RIIHAN309F - Telescopic materials handler operations
  • RIIMPO338E - Rigid haul truck operations
  • RIIMPO325E - Civil construction scraper operations
