Role Snapshot:

As a Customer Care Assistant at Rollie Nation, your main focus is delivering an exceptional customer experience across all online and omnichannel touchpoints. You'll be responsible for ensuring each interaction is welcoming, solution-focused, and reflective of our brand values.

Your role involves engaging with customers, identifying their needs, offering knowledgeable product advice, sharing our brand story, and driving participation in events, activations, and our loyalty program. You'll be based in our showroom at HQ and responsible for resolving enquiries across phone, email, live chat, and social media, (using Gorgias) whist keeping communication flowing smoothly between Head Office, stores, and the warehouse.

Success in this position is measured by your ability to connect with customers, resolve issues efficiently, meet KPIs, and contribute positively to the team. To thrive, you'll need to be energetic, optimistic, open to learning, and passionate about creativity, technology, and individuality.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced:

You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service/care role.

You can see the bigger picture and contribute to the strategic direction of our program.

Comfortable with both creative design and data-driven decision-making.
- Communicator:

Excellent at both internal and external communications, adept at building relationships.
- Results-Oriented:
