Are you passionate about providing quality care to the elderly? Join our team of dedicated professionals at Lynden Aged Care, a not-for-profit aged care committed to enhancing the lives of our residents. We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to fill the positions of Personal Care Assistants in permanent part-time roles with Morning and Afternoon available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' physical and mental well-being.
  • Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in personal care assistance or a related field is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
  • National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
