  • Previous experience in an Indian kitchen or similar culinary environment

  • Knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques

  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Basic knife skills and cooking techniques
