Print Works (Queensland) Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated business with 30 years' experience supplying print and marketing solutions, Australia wide. Offering great employment security and career opportunities, we hold a very clear vision for success and growth, and we seek the expertise of an Administrative & Client Liaison Officer to join our growing team at our Geebung facility. We are looking for a person who has attention to detail and is results driven.

About the role:

The Administrative & Client Liaison Officer will assist with day-to-day sales activities across a large, established, client base to meet set KPI's.

You will be responsible for the following key functions:


•    Quotation preparation within ERP


•    Assist managing lead generation and administration tasks using a database and online industry tools


•    Prepare quotations and associated documentation


•    Prepare job orders


•    Answer incoming enquiries


•    Assist with all general pre and post sales administration


•    Maintain strong relationships within our client base


•    Assist with meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
