Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Renovator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home renovation, with a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques. They will be responsible for managing and overseeing renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their renovation needs and preferences

- Create detailed renovation plans and cost estimates

- Source and select materials, fixtures, and finishes for each project

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the renovation process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control

- Hire and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople

- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns

- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with building codes and safety standards

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project

- Conduct final inspections and ensure client satisfaction before project completion

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in home renovation or construction management

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques

- Excellent project management and organizational skills

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Working Conditions:

The Home Renovator will primarily work on-site at various renovation projects throughout Dubai. They may also spend time in the office for planning and administrative tasks. This is a full-time, permanent position with a standard workweek of 40 hours. However, the nature of the job may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate project deadlines and client needs.
