The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in sales, a strong understanding of the home renovation industry, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting online design consultations using state-of-the-art presentation tools
  • Building relationships with customers and identifying their needs and aspirations
  • Providing personalized tile recommendations and driving sales
  • Working closely with the interior design team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in sales, preferably in the home renovation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of the home renovation industry and its trends
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
