As a seasoned lending professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers through one of the most significant financial decisions they will make.

We are seeking individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will provide expert advice and support to help customers achieve their goals, whether it's helping first-time buyers, investors, or renovators.

To be successful, you will develop your business by building internal and external referral sources, attending coaching sessions to enhance your knowledge, and coaching colleagues on best practices.

We are interested in hearing from candidates with:

  • a strong understanding of home lending products and responsible lending legislation
  • a well-established presence in the local community
  • a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • minimum 3 years' experience in a lending environment

In this role, you'll be part of a team that helps customers make informed financial decisions and achieve their goals.
