Kamikaze Energy is redefining what an energy drink can be – a fully formulated pre-workout in a can, made with real pre-workout ingredients. Already one of the fastest-growing energy drinks in Australia, it delivers clean, crash-free energy that fuels hustle, performance, and good vibes – no compromises.
We are now looking for a commercially minded National Account Manager to drive the charge. You'll manage our key distribution partners, grow national and independent convenience accounts, and lead the commercial performance of your channel like it's your own business.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow national distributor and customer relationships
- Secure new business in major petrol and convenience accounts
- Lead sales planning, trade execution, and promotional campaigns
- Manage the full P&L for your account base – revenue, margin and ROI
- Report performance, forecast demand and influence cross-functional teams
About You
- 5+ years in FMCG account management or distributor sales
- Experience in convenience and petrol channels is a must
- Commercially sharp – understands P&L, trade spend, and negotiation strategy
- Energised, self-led and ready to own national relationships
- Loves fieldwork, partnerships, and getting results where it matters
