**Position Overview:

Recovery Agent/Recoveries Specialist**

We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our Third-Party Accident Management Recovery Team. In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, third parties, insurance companies, and solicitors in relation to motor accident recoveries. You will contribute to the team environment through collaboration, innovative approaches, and the sharing of ideas and experience.

Additionally, you will negotiate outcomes and settle claims with various stakeholders while handling administrative tasks. This role is integral to delivering the best end-to-end accident management service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:1. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, third parties, insurance companies, and solicitors

regarding motor accident recoveries.

  1. Team Collaboration: Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team environment.

  2. Negotiation: Negotiate outcomes and settle claims with various stakeholders, like insurance companies, over email and phone. Also, be able to use the computer.

  3. Administrative Tasks: Perform essential administrative tasks efficiently. like email.

  4. Document Drafting:  Draft legal documents, including client statements, witness statements, and affidavits.

  5. Evidence Management: Collect and organize evidence, photos of the accident, versions, and diagrams from clients, and legal documents.

  6. Claims Processing: Guide customers through the claim process and make informed claims decisions in case the case goes through legal.

  7. Customer Support: Support customers through a tough time, providing simplicity in a stressful situation.

  8. Communication: Have quality conversations and build connections within a call center environment and insurance company, Panel beater shops, and other stakeholders like clients to get further information

  9. Customer Service: Demonstrate a natural ability to provide outstanding customer service/over the phone and manage difficult situations with calmness and professionalism

  10. Legal and Administrative Tasks: Handle other legal and administrative tasks as needed. like dealing with our solicitors or other solicitors, like insurance company solicitors

About You:

  5. Law Student or Graduate:Currently studying law or a recent graduate (preferred but not essential).

  6. Ethics and Professionalism:Ability to uphold and maintain professional ethics when managing cases and dealing with clients and other stakeholders.

  7. Creative Thinking:Ability to think creatively to achieve tasks and meet targets.

  8. Legal Understanding:Understanding of legal principles and a willingness to learn.

  9. Emotional Intelligence:High level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.

  10. Effective Communication:Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues in person and customers over the phone.

  11. Calm Demeanor:Maintain a calm and collected exterior, enabling you to diffuse situations involving conflict and approach challenges with an open mind.

  12. Technical Proficiency:Intermediate computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot and work comfortably in multiple systems.

  13. Problem-Solving:Maturity to discuss both what is working and what is not, and an ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  14. Legislative Understanding:Ability to understand and interpret legislation and case law in motor vehicle accidents, such as insurance law or the Insurance Code of Australia.

  15. Self-Motivation:Diligent and self-motivated.

  16. Experience in Sales/Account Management:Proven experience in face-to-face/field-based sales, account management, or business development is preferred but not essential.

  17. Relationship Building:Proven experience fostering long-term relationships and service with customers and/or clients.

  18. Positive Attitude:A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to assist team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
