is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic
Legal Recoveries Specialist
to join our Operations Team. If you're passionate about helping small businesses and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a real impact.

As a Legal Recoveries Specialist, you'll manage a portfolio of late-stage recoveries, using your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to resolve outstanding balances. You'll work directly with customers and third parties like solicitors and field agents, playing a crucial role in our commercial recoveries process.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage a late-stage recoveries portfolio, making and taking a high volume of calls.
  • Skip trace accounts to gain new information and contact customers.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with a customer-centric approach.
  • Liaise with third parties, including field agents and solicitors.
  • Adhere to all legislative and internal policy guidelines.
  • Assess financial hardship applications and find resolutions.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve individual and departmental goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven ability to build rapport and handle objections while negotiating.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Ideally 1 year of experience in a financial services collections role, with a focus on late-stage collections and skip tracing.
  • Experience in litigation is highly regarded.
