The Role

As the Junior Property Manager, you will be supporting a Senior Property Manager in all aspects of Property Management:

  • Liaising with Tenants and Landlords
  • Respond to all phone and email inquiries
  • Routine Inspections
  • Entry Condition Reports
  • Managing Maintenance
  • Admin duties

The Person

The ideal person for the role of Junior Property Manager will be eager to learn and passionate about a long-term career in real estate.

  • Must have a minimum 12 months experience as an Assistant or Junior Property Manager - Leasing Consultants will also be considered
  • Certificate of Registration or Certificate IV
  • Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
  • Professional personal presentation
