We partner with hospitality venues across Australia to plug in additional food brands that drive incremental sales through data-led marketing, simple menu execution, and world-class support.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role supporting the commercial, onboarding, and marketing functions across our national network of partner restaurants.

You'll be responsible for coordinating store onboarding, managing contract documentation, supporting campaigns, analysing sales performance, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our fast-moving business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Onboarding

  • Manage the onboarding process for new partner kitchens, from initial sign-up through to go-live.
  • Prepare, issue, and file sales contracts and partnership documentation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and assist the sales team with lead tracking and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with kitchen partners to ensure smooth setup of menu integrations and brand assets.

Marketing & Content

  • Coordinate brand launch campaigns across digital channels and in-store assets.
  • Work with designers and marketing partners to produce content, menus, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in planning and executing influencer, social media, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.

Data & Reporting

  • Pull and review weekly sales and performance data from partner dashboards.
  • Support the team with data insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Help prepare internal sales and marketing reports for management and partners.

General Support

  • Work closely with the leadership team to streamline communication between sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Contribute to creative ideas for promotions, partnerships, and national campaigns.

About You

  • 1–3 years' experience in a sales, marketing, or coordination role (hospitality, QSR, or retail industry experience highly regarded).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working across multiple projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and basic Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Passion for hospitality, marketing, and technology-driven business models.
