 Retail & Sales Team – Helping tradies and DIYers find exactly what they need
 Warehousing & Stock Control – Ensuring the right tools are always on hand
 Business Development – Growing our reputation and services in the local market
 Continuous Innovation – Enhancing store operations and customer experience
 Customer Service Leadership – Ensuring every customer leaves with the right gear and a great experience
