Looking to take the next big step in your trade career? Tool Kit Depot, a trusted name in tools and servicing since the 1940s, is expanding our stores in Queensland, and we're looking for experienced leaders to build and drive our brand-new Toowoomba store.

With a history of serving tradies across Australia, we're delivering the ultimate range of tools, equipment, and workwear for the pros who know their gear.

Your Role:

As part of the Store Leadership team, this isn't just a job – it's a hands-on opportunity to shape something from the ground up. You'll be selecting your team, overseeing the fit-out, and mobilising the store for launch. From the tools to the team, you'll be building it all.

  • Retail and Sales Team – Helping tradies and DIYers get exactly what they need

  • Warehousing and Stock Control – Keeping the right tools on hand for any job

  • Business Development – Growing our reputation and services across New South Wales

  • Continuous Innovation – Driving improvements in store and service

  • Customer Service Leadership – Making sure every customer walks out with the right gear and a smile
