About the Role:

Doma Hotels has a strong focus on making a big impact on our guest experience. Our latest Restaurant will showcase local quality produce and 5-star customer service.

We are looking for a range of Chef positions to join our team and who will have the opportunity to work in a first-class dining venue and be trained by some of the very best Chefs.

To be successful you must possess the following attributes: A team player who is excited about being part of our pre-opening team for a brand-new restaurant venue

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the Chef's instructions and recipes
  • Ensure that ingredients are properly stored and handled to maintain freshness and safety and that all food and safety regulations and standards are adhered to
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and basic ordering
  • Delivering a consistently high level of product quality and presentation

What you will bring:

  • A willingness to learn and a keen interest in food
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Available to work both weekdays and weekends
  • Ability to work effectively and calmly in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrating appropriate level cooking techniques and procedures
