Parlour Wine Room, one of Canberra's most beloved dining destinations, is on the hunt for a passionate and versatile Cook/Chef to bring creativity and precision to our kitchen. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and love crafting memorable dishes, we'd love to meet you.

Position: Cook/Chef Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (Minimum 30 hours/week) Trading Hours: Wednesday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 10 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with finesse and consistency
  • Assist with food prep and maintain high standards of hygiene
  • Participate in service and dishwashing duties as part of a tight-knit team
  • Contribute to a kitchen culture that values quality, efficiency, and respect

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
  • A genuine love for food and hospitality
