The Frontline Recruitment team is working with a leading venue to find exceptional chefs to drive excellence in their kitchen.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new reopening, where you will work closely with the head chef to execute a unique and innovative concept that is first of its kind in Canberra.

You will be responsible for assisting the head chef with menu design, supporting recruitment efforts, and managing multiple sections in the kitchen. The venue offers a 5-day roster, allowing for a good work-life balance.

With a focus on great pub food and quality fresh-cooked meals, this is a fantastic chance to be part of Canberra's next big thing.

We are looking for chefs with experience in pubs and gastro pubs, who can serve large numbers and drive the success of this new venue.

About This Role

This is a hands-on role where you will be working closely with the head chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. You will have the opportunity to contribute to menu design and development, as well as support recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team.
