Join the team and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic and fun team.The Position:Full-time, Monday to Friday, with limited weekend and night shiftsA hands-on role for an organised and experienced Head Chef, leading your team to deliver exceptional daily meals and eventsOversee catering and stock controls, ensuring OH&S and HACCP compliance with a strong focus on waste reductionManage food forecasting, ordering, and stock control processesChampion food safety and quality, with attention to allergens and dietary requirementsThe Ideal Candidate:Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)At least 3 years' experience as a Head Chef in high-volume or structured environmentsConfident leader with experience in training, development, and team engagementExpert knowledge of HACCP, allergen protocols, and food safety practicesStrong organisational skills, able to work independently, take initiative, and remain calm under pressureBenefits:Competitive remunerationPersonal and site reward & recognition program – cash prizesAccess to a wide variety of training and support with a team that encourages and supports while you learn the ropes.Looking to grow and develop your role?
