Apprentice Chef – Casey Jones (North Canberra)

About the role:

As an Apprentice Chef, you'll work alongside our experienced kitchen crew, learning the trade in a fast-paced pub environment. You'll gain hands-on experience with:

  • Preparing and cooking a wide range of pub classics and seasonal specials
  • Assisting with stock rotation and food safety standards
  • Learning kitchen operations from prep through to service
  • Working as part of a supportive, energetic team

What we're looking for:

  • A genuine interest in food and hospitality
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • No previous experience required, just enthusiasm and commitment
