DJ Smith Property is a boutique real estate agency in Cairns, known for delivering outstanding, personalised service. We are looking for driven individuals who are either experienced in the industry or passionate about starting a long-term real estate career.

1. Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Licensed in QLD real estate (or willing to obtain a licence soon)

  • Professional and skilled in managing phone calls and emails

  • Comfortable using technology and proficient with administrative systems

  • Committed to building a long-term career in real estate

  • An excellent communicator and team player

  • Organised, reliable, and great at managing time effectively

  • Responsible and courteous when driving the company vehicle

  • Emotionally mature and able to maintain professionalism under pressure

  • Confident and clear in communication with clients and team members

  • Friendly, calm, honest, and positive under all circumstances

  • Organised and skilled in managing time and tasks efficiently

  • Proficient in computer and administrative tasks
