We're looking for a passionate and driven Property Manager to join our high-performing Cairns team, managing a mixed portfolio of commercial assets.

Here's what you will focus on; Lead the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring top-tier service and performance.Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors, managing lease compliance, renewals, rent reviews, and legal documentation.Deliver insightful monthly reports to property owners, backed by accurate financial tracking and analysis.Oversee financial transactions, authorise payments, and manage arrears with precision.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive results and exceed expectations.
Here's what you'll need to succeed; Proven experience in commercial or industrial property management.A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.High attention to detail and a professional, approachable attitude.A current QLD Real Estate Certificate and drivers licence/car Why CBRE?
