About the role 

As a Claims Specialist you will play a crucial role in improving our service delivery by engaging with injured workers at pivotal moments in the claims cycle. Your insights and analysis will contribute to the refinement of processes and ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our customers effectively.

  • Connecting with customers at critical points in the claim cycle to provide support, gather information and ensure a smooth process
  • Review and analyse information gathered to identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement changes in processes to address identified gaps and enhance the overall claims experience for customers
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements and maintain high standards of service delivery
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and changes implemented to ensure transparency and accountability

About you

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Case Manager
  • A passion for helping our customers and delivering a great customer experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work
  • Resilience and a proven ability to work in a highly energetic environment
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
