What You Will Get To Do:

The Insurance Claims Specialist delivers high-quality, end-to-end service for superannuation claims, providing empathetic and timely support to members while ensuring each stage of the claims process is completed within agreed timeframes.

· Manage end-to-end requests for members, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.

· Collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate results in the best interests of members and Insignia.

· Align stakeholders on shared goals, deadlines, and deliverables.

· Manage personal workflow to consistently meet service level agreements.

· Clarify stakeholder responsibilities and ensure accountability for deliverables.

· Proactively manage a portfolio of cases to maintain a high standard of service.

· Provide personalised, ongoing communication to keep insurance customers informed of progress.

· Ensure all written correspondence is clear, accurate, and meets Insignia standards.

· Contribute ideas to improve processes, systems, and overall customer experience.

What You Will Bring:

· 1–2 years' experience in the superannuation industry or a similar role

· RG146 certification preferred

· Solid understanding of superannuation processes and legislation

· Basic knowledge of insurance within superannuation

· Proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn

· Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations

· Resilient and adaptable under pressure

· Commitment to maintaining and expanding product and process knowledge

· Strong subject matter expertise in systems, legislation, and insurance industry trends

· Proven ability to build effective internal and external relationships
